Prices

Terms and conditions:

• All prices are in leva (Bulgarian currency - BGN) and are valid for the particular room type per night, including breakfast, parking /limited parking spaces/, gym, WI-FI in all areas, 24-hour access to the hotel's business center, tourist taxes and 9% VAT.

Check-in: 2:00pm, check-out: 12:00pm

Discounts and additional payments:

• Discount for single person occupation per double room - 12,5%
• Children up to 3.99 years old, accommodated with 2 adults - free accommodation without an extra bed.
• One child / 4-13.99 years old / accommodated in a room with 2 aduls - free accommodation on an extra bed.
• Second child / 4-13.99 years old / accommodated in a room with 2 adults - extra charge of 15 BGN per day accommodation on an extra bed.
• One adult accommodated on an extra bed in a room - extra charge of 25 BGN per day.
• Late check-out / 12:00pm - 5:00pm. / is charged 50% of the room accommodation price per night after confirmation from reception.
• Regular guests, tourists companies and group events receive discounts.

Booking conditions:

• All reservations are considered confirmed when 50% advanced payment has been made via a bank account no later than five days after booking.

Cancellation policy:

• If reservation is cancelled 7 days prior arrival, fees are not charged.
• If reservation is cancelled 2 days prior arrival, the first night must be paid.
• In case of emergency check-out, no refund is given.
